• Demonstrated experience in solution design, build, deployment, management, adoption, and support of Microsoft 365 services. • In depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft 365. • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure solutions, including on-premises hosting platforms (vSphere/Hyper-V) • Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access • Well knowledge of Windows • Proven Experience in deploying, Configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server 2016 and 2019, Active directory, Exchange, and Hyper-V. • Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Switch, Router, DNS, DHCP) • Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows • Having a good PowerShell scripting skill Daily Tasks: • Perform a variety of tasks that are concerned with system design, implementation and integration Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot on premises and cloud solutions. • Manage and document system configurations. • Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements to establish new cloud platforms • Liaise with the Infrastructure Service Manager on daily basis • Participate in project work as assigned Educational Background: BS in MIS/Business Computer/Computer Science/CCE Year of experience: 4+ Years
