As a Social Media Specialist, you will report to the Communication Senior Specialist and you will be responsible for the company’s interactions via social media platforms. You will be responsible for the deployment of company's content strategies and the identification of the trends among users interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build employer branding loyalty.
Your Role:
- Manage all social media platforms, including Internet forums, blogs, social networking applications and message boards
- Creatively contribute to social media content plans and copyrighting strategy
- Promote products and services on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Support in social media data metrics and analysis for improving employer branding
- Support company’s employees' events - digital & physical
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or other relevant field
- 1-2 years’-experience in social media platforms and copywriting
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English (written - spoken)
- Innovative mindset with a passion for bringing forth new ideas and process improvements
- Robust time management skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication, consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text) and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and resourceful, problem-solving aptitude
