YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an Application & Cloud Operations Consultant. You will have the chance to participate in important international projects providing first level support covering large-scale applications and infrastructure, user administration and escalating incidents within teams. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will focused on carrying out actively and responsibly the project-related activities that you will be involved. Acting with progressively increasing autonomy within multi-functional teams, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and its alignment with the clients’ priorities, targets and needs. For a full coverage of your role, you ought to be able to: • Managing Information Technology services provided to our clients • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the services provided, with a strong focus on quality • Supporting clients on day by day operations • Managing incidents, requests, changes, related to all the Information Technology services • Comply with quality and security standards policies and regulations to deliver results • Deliver services in alignment with Corporate Information Technology strategies and goals OUR REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: • Excellent communicator and team spirit • Have strong troubleshooting skills in Linux (preferred) and Windows environments • Familiarity in Public Cloud Platform AWS (preferred), Azure and GCP • Advanced computer skills Microsoft Office • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory Services • Thorough knowledge of network monitoring tools (Zabbix) • Command line troubleshooting fluency • Triage and Ticketing (Service Now, OTRS, Jira) • Proactive Infrastructure Monitoring • Experience on application web-based support • Supporting clients on day by day operations • Fluency in English • Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties • Ability to work in a team–oriented, collaborative environment • Motivated to learn new tools and technologies • Flexibility to work on shifts • Flexibility to develop and maintain technical documentation in English • Flexibility to travel abroad occasionally • Italian knowledge would be a plus ABOUT DELOITTE Our services Deloitte offers Global professional services that include Audit, Risk Advisory, Tax, Consulting and Financial Advisory.
